I think Napoleon Hill said it best, and very succinctly, when he said, "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."
This has been an inspiration for me for over three decades.
When I've been working on a project for a long time and I'm tired of it, it reminds me that imagining what I'm doing was just the first step.
Then, I had to believe I could do what I set out to do - that I could accomplish the dream I imagined.
Eventually, every project reaches a point where we're just tired of it and are ready to quit. Maybe it seems like too much work, or maybe we don't feel like we're making any progress.
That's where perseverance comes into play. Once we conceive and believe, it's time to knuckle-down and keep working on it until we achieve the goal we set.
When I'm ready to quit before I reach the goal, this quote helps me continue working until the goal is met.
Act on your dream!
