Skills Training of Unemployed Unskilled Youth

For 2 years now I have struggled with this idea but I cannot come up with all I need to make it happen. The majority of youth don't finish school because of lack of funding and in the process this situation translates itself in non-accessibility of job opportunities due to lack of meaningful Skills Training.

I have selected a breed of skills training programs that could afford job opportunities to these young people if there were to be trained and placed for work experience, but I have failed to raise money to acquire a building where the theoretical and practical learning could be conducted, also training material to be used so that at the end of each program, learners would have the needed skills to compete on the job market.

Could someone out there give me some ideas on how to go about raising funds to put my main idea into motion?
